BELLEVUE, WA – June 15, 2026 GSI, the development, consulting, and advisory affiliate of Transforming Age, is pleased to announce that Gail Miller has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Development.
Miller brings more than 25 years of healthcare-focused experience to GSI, with deep expertise in financial and market feasibility studies, strategic capital planning, and advisory services for senior living and healthcare organizations nationwide. A Certified Public Accountant, she is widely recognized for her ability to navigate the complex financial landscape of the sector and deliver strategic guidance that supports clients throughout the development process.
Over the course of her career, Miller has led more than 100 feasibility studies supporting projects financed through public bond offerings, private bank placements, and USDA programs. Her work has helped organizations evaluate market opportunities, plan for growth, and achieve long-term financial sustainability.

In her role, Miller will support GSI’s expanding portfolio of development and advisory services, helping nonprofit and mission-driven senior living organizations across the country build solutions to advance their missions, expand access, and better serve older adults.
Gail Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mankato State University.
