As the summer comes to an end, we have to say a heartfelt goodbye to our talented interns at Transforming Age. Over the past few months, our intern cohort has asked thoughtful questions, challenged assumptions, and reminded us why investing in the next generation of leaders is so important. Through each of their internships, they explored how Gen Z can find purpose and community in careers that serve older adults. Their final projects centered around a powerful question:
“Why would Gen Z want to pursue a career in senior living?”
Each intern was given the freedom to choose their own creative medium to explore and present their answer. Every project demonstrates the insights they’ve gained this summer and how powerfully Gen Z can shape the future of senior living.
Take a look at their projects below!
