Bellevue, Wash. – Transforming Age, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating unlimited possibilities for older adults, is proud to announce a series of well-deserved internal promotions across its Accounting, IT, GSI/Development, HR, and Marketing teams. Accounting

  • Jason Duce has been promoted from Accounting Supervisor to Accounting Manager, recognizing his strong oversight of financial operations and team leadership.
  • Stephanie Townsend has been promoted from Accounting Assistant to Accounts Payable Supervisor, reflecting her outstanding performance, leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
  • Stephanie Young has advanced from Treasury Supervisor to Treasury Manager, highlighting her strong leadership skills, dedication to the mission, and commitment to professional development.

Information Technology

  • Nick Smith has been promoted from IT Infrastructure Manager to Director of IT, in recognition of his strategic leadership in building secure, scalable solutions that support our mission.  Nick has been committed to his personal and professional growth that has driven innovation, collaboration and sustained success across the department and the company.

GSI / Development

  • David Knight has been promoted from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships, while continuing to serve as President of GSI. This promotion recognizes David’s industry-wide leadership as a foremost expert in developing and revitalizing sustainable campuses, as well as his significant contributions in fostering mission-driven collaborations with partners, clients, and throughout the Transforming Age network.
  • Ted Macbeth has advanced from Vice President to Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development, continuing his leadership in driving community growth for Transforming Age and GSI partners.

Human Resources

  • NaChelle Jackson has been promoted from HR Generalist to Senior HR Generalist, honoring her development, contribution, and expansion of her role as a vital member of the HQHR team.
  • Karen Brandt has advanced from Vice President to Senior Vice President of People, recognizing her commitment to cultivating an inclusive, values-driven culture across Transforming Age and her relentless ability to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Marketing

  • Paul Barlow has been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, reflecting his leadership in growing occupancy, building strong sales teams, and innovating our sales and marketing operations across our network.
