Cathy Danigelis recently retired from her role as Western Region Manager at KeyBank, where she was based in Seattle, WA. Over her distinguished career spanning more than 30 years in real estate lending, Cathy specialized in affordable housing finance for the past two decades. She led a team of lenders supporting projects across WA, OR, ID, UT, AK, TX, CA, and CO, and previously held leadership roles at US Bank and Bank of America. In addition to her corporate work, Cathy successfully ran a sales and consulting business for over five years. A lifelong volunteer, she continues to serve on several nonprofit boards. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
